Fresh flowers are perishable. Because of this, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Custom event installations, workshop tickets, and gift vouchers are non-refundable once confirmed unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Changes requested with at least 24 hours' notice may be accommodated. Cancellation fees may apply for orders already in production or for special-order blooms.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If products are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
